less, to a monument, said monument being the Point of
Beginning; from said Point of Beginning continue north -
westerly along the east right-of-way line of U. S. Highway
No. l a distance of 282. 36 feet, more or less, to a monu-
ment; thence run east on a line parallel to the south line
of Section 6 a distance of 341. 23 feet, more or less, to a :
monument on the east section line of said Section 6; ~
thence continue east on a line parallel to the south section

to a monument of the west right-of-way line of the Florida
East Coast Railroad; thence run southeasterly along the
westerly right-of-way line of the Florida East Coast Rail-

thence run west along the south section line of Section S a

thence run north on a line parallel to the west section line
of Section 5 a distance of 214. 35 feet, more or less, to a
monument; thence run westerly on a line parallel to the
south line of said Section 5 a distance of 346. 40 feet, more
or less, to a monument on the west section line of said
Section 5; thence continue westerly on a line parallel to the

or less, to the Point of Beginning; Said land lying and being
