WARRANTY DEED
This Warranty Deed made the day of .T~~,c~E , A. D. 1969,
by RACHEL C. WAGER, individually and as Committee of the property of
ANSON J. WAGER, her husband, and ARTHUR E, WAGER, a single adult,
hereinafter called the grantors, to ROBERT RUSSELL MACY and MARYLOU
VIRGINIA MACY, his wife, whose postoffice address is 606 Ulrich Road,
Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called the grantees:
WITNESSETH: That the grantors, for and in consideration of the
sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged,- hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey,
