and 624.0222, florida Statutes, and copy thereof forwarded to Mr. Jake I. -
- Natson, Secretary of said Respondent, National Trust Life Insurance Company ~
of America, at 300 First National Bank Building, Hollywood, Florida, by i

certified mai1, on May 26, 1969, who had been designated by Respondent,

National Trust Life Insurance Company of America, as a persan to whom
process against it served upon said Insurance Commfssioner was to be for-
warded. A copy of said Amended Petition and Order to Show Cause was also

Commissioner to apply to the Court for an Order appointing him as Receiver
and directing him to rehabilitate a domestic insurer within this State on
the grounds that the Company has transferred or attempted to ~ransfer sub- ;
stantially its entire property or business, or has entered into transactfons,
the effect of rrhich has been to merge,substantial~y its er~iire property or
business without first having obtained the written approval of the Florida
Insurance Comnissioner, or the Company has wilfully failed to compljr with - ~
