- Sufficient grounds~for the appointment of a Receiver in the
~ . State of Florida to preserve the assets of the Respondent, National~
Trust Life Insurance Company of America, in this State have been '
, established b'y the Relator, and it is desirable and in the best interest
of all policyholders, creditors and claimants having claims dgainst the
assets of said Respondent that a Receiver be appointed.

Respondent, National Trust Life Insurance Company of America, has ,
assets within the State, including, a possible claim to securities on deposit
with the Relator in the approximate amount of =200,000.00, par value,.which
. are now held by the Florida State Treasurer and ex officio Insurance
Comnissioner in the name of National Trust Life Insurance Company of America,
but which are claimed by Comnunity National Life Insurance CompaRy.
NHEREFORE it is ORDERED and AQIUDGED that: .
