' (b) Proceed to collect ar~y and all debts due and awing ~

(c) Not defend 1ega1 actions wherein Respondent, National .
Trust Life Insurance Company of America is a party defendant, corm~enced ~ ~
either prior to or subsequent to an Order of Appointment of the Receiver. .
• :~d) Take possession of all of Respondent's securities on
deposit with the Commissioner in the approximate amount of s200,000.00, ~
now held in the name of National Trust life Insurance Compar~y of America, '
and hold s~ch deposit and ail other assets coming into his hands, sub~ect
to further Order of this Court.
(e) Appoint.one or more deputy receivers to act for him and ~
to employ counsel, accountants, clerks and assistants as he deems necessary,
~ and further authorizing the compensation of such deputies~ counsel, account-
~
ants, clerks and assistants and atl expense of taking possession of the ,
~
~ assets of the Respondent, National Trust Life Insurance Compar~y of America,
~ and of conducting these proceedings as fixed by the Receiver and approved
~ by this Court, to be paid out of the funds or assets of the Respondent in

~ the possession of the Receiver.

~ (f) To commence and maintain all legal actions necessary for
