3. The titie to all property, real and personal, all contracts,
rights of action and all of the books, documents and recards of the Respondent, •
National Trust Life Insurance Company of America, wheresoever located with-
in this State, shall immediately vest in the Receiver. ~
4._ All persons, corporations or associations are er~ oined from ,
interfering with the Receiver in the condact of these proceedings, the ~
wasting of tt~e assets, the commencement or prosecution of arUr action against ~
. ~ -
Respondent, National Trust Life Insurance Company of America, or the Receiver, ~
the obtaining of preferences, judgments, attachments, Nrits of garnishment,
or other liens, or the making of any levy or execution against the Respondent,
Nat~anal Trust Life Insurance Company of America, or the_Receiver during
the conduct of this receivership.

5. The Receiver shall forthwith make, or employ a Certified Public
Accountant to make, an up-to-date complete audit of the capital accounts of
the Respondent, National Trust Life Insurance Company of America, particularly
r+ith reference to transactions with its offfcers, directors, stockholders,
agents, empioyees and all affilfated subsidiary and associated companies,
and file the same in this cause. .

6. All Orders heretofore entered in this cause with respect to
