It is further ORDERED and ADJUOGED, with reference to'the ~ '

florida corporation, into Conmunity National Life~Insurance CompaRy, nn
Oklahoma corp~ration, that: ~ _ : -
(a) The Recei ver shall furnish to Mr. H. G. Bill Dickey,

Tulsa, Oklahoma, counsel for the Respondents, d copy of each document ~
in the possession or under the co~trol of the Receiver, the authenticity ~
• of which is admitted by the Receiver, including every docwnent filed with
or emanating from the Office of the Secretary of State of Florida, given
under his official Certificate and Seal, regarding the purported merger
of Comnunity~National Life Insurance Company and National Trust Life -
Insurance Canpany of America, and the Minutes of any Stockholders' and
~ Board of Directors' meetings, and admit what is correct.
(b) 7he Respondent shall furnish the Receiver with a copy ~
of each document in its possession or under its control which it thinks
~ is material to the purporfed merger. .
~ (c) The Receiver, on the one hand, and the Respondent on the
other, shall each submit to the Court differences in evidentiary facts, as
distinguished from differences in conclusions. .

t other, shall each have fourteen (14) days from June`1~4. 1969, in which to

~ file such memoranda of law as he or they may be advised with the Court,
