All of our undivided one-half interest in and to the follawing described property:
The Southwest one-quarter of Section 7, Township 36 South, Range 38 East,
excepting however, the South 1, 320 feet thereof; said land lying and being in
St. Lucie County, Florida.
i TOGETHER WITH an undivided 1/ 12th interest in the drainage and irrigation
pump house, dikes, drainage canals and pumping stations along the centerline
