j ~ the same is hereby granted and that the Clerk of this Court

~ is hereby ordered and directed to note in~his own hand on
~ lease recorded in O.R. Book 156, pages 473-474 of the Public
~ Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, that said Lease is

~ hereby expunged from the.Public Records by 4rder of this

Court. It is further
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Injunction set forth in
