Dollars to the under~igned in hand paid, the receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, we hereby release the property hereinaf ter
described from a certain lien arising out of that certain contract•
dated February 20. 1959~ by and between North 8each Water Company.
a Florida corporation, and Navillus Development Corporation, a
Florida corporation; as recorded in Deed Book 245, Pa9e 596, and

re-recorded in Lien Book on September 27, 1960, and revised
Agreement recorded i~ Book 78 at Page 497, of the offic~al ~
records of St. Lucie County~ Florida, wherein North Beach Water
Company agreed to furnish water and perf orm other things in con- ~
nection with the water installation in the Subdivision of Coral ~
Cove Beach under certain terms a~d conditions. Said property,
situated in St. Lucie County, Florida, is described as f ollows:

according to the Plat thereot as recorded in Plat
Book 11, paqes 30a and 30B of the Public lbecords
of St. Iucie County, Florida. f
