QUIT-CLAIM DEED
THIS QUIT-CLAIM DEED, executed this _~~~d~y of
1969, by MARY NELL S. WAITE, joined by ALVIS A. WAITE, JR. ,
her husband, and ROY C. SAMPLEY, joined by MASY D. SAMPLEY,
his wife, as parties of the first part, to ETHELENE SAMPLEY, as party of the
second part, whose mailing address is 1503 South 33rd Street, Fort Pierce, Florida,
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, Mary Nell S. Waite, Roy C. Sam~ley and Ethelene Sampley
are the sole heirs at law of J. E. Sampley, who died March 17, 1969 leaving a
Last Will and Testament dated October 14, 1965, which devised the hereinafter
described real property to Ethelene Sampley, party of the second part, under
Item V, the residuary clause of said Will; and .
WHEREAS, the parties hereto deem it to be appropriate that this conveyance
be e$ecuted and placed of record for the purpose of apecifically describing the real
property which is a part of the residuary estate of the said J. E. Sampley, deceased;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premise stated and the sum of
Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, the
` parties of the first part do he reby remise, release and quit-claim unto the said

€ second party forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the

~ said first parties have in and to the following described lot, piece or parcel of land,

~ situate, lying and being in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, to-wit:

~ South, Range 40 East, measure North along said one-quarter line,
~ 158 feet, thence West, parallel with the East-West one-quarter
~ line 30 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue West 310
~ feet; thence Nortti, parallel with the North-South one-quarter line
120 feet, thence East parallel with the South side 310 feet to a
~ point 30 feet West of the North-South one-quarter line, thence South,
~ parallel with the North-South one-quarter line, 120 feet to the point

~ GA RDENS, less the North 52. 5 feet thereof, and being the premises
