and SALLY ANDERSON, his wife; and HARRY ANDERSON; JR. and SUE
ANDERSON, his wife, first parties, to HARRY ANDERSON, whose post-
office addresa is 2510 Acorn Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, second
party:
WITNESSETH: That the said first parties for and in consideration
of love and affection, do hereby remise, release and quit-claim unto
the said secand party forever, all the right, title, interest, claim
a nd demand which the said first parties have in and to the follvwing
described lot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in
