WARRANTY DEED ~

THIS WARRANTY DEED Made and executed the~day-
of June, 1969, by KENTUCKY CHRISTIAN COL~rEGE, a corporation
existing under the laws of the State of Kentucky, and havinq
its principal place of business at Grayson, Kentucky, herein-
after called the grantor, to A. R. HAYDEN and ELIZABETH W.
AAYDEN, his wife, whose postoffice address is Route 2, Box
330, Vinton, Virginia, 24179, hereinafte= called the grantee:
(Wherever used herein the terms "grantor" and "grantee"
include all the parties to this instrument, and the
heirs, legal representatives and assigns of individuals,
and the successors and assigns of corporations)

WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration
of the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, by these presents does qrant,
bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto
the grantee, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County,
Florida, viz:
