hereinafter called the "Owners" , to ST. LUCIS COIAJTY EROSION DISTRICT, a
Special Taxinq District of the State of Florida, hereinafter called the
"District",
W I T N E S S$ T H:
WHEREAS, the District is wndertaking an erosion control project on
the South Heach at Fort Pierce, Florida, and in order to secure Federal
participation in the cost of said project, it is necessary that the new-
ly created beach seaward of a uniform and established line be in public

ownership. '
NOW, THERSFORE~ for and in consideration of the benefits accruing
to the Owners, said Owners do hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto
the District, its successors and assigns, all the right, title, interest,

; claiTa and demand, including riparian and littoral rights, which the

~ Owners have in and to the following described land in St. Lucie County,

~ Florida, to-wit: ~

~ That part of the following described parcel:
~ Lots 3 and 6, Block 1, TROPICAL BEACH SUBDIVISION as per plat
thereof on file in Plat Book 9, page 26, of the public records
n of St. Lucie County, Florida,
lying Easterly of the following described line:

For a point of reference, commence at the Southeast cor-
~ ner of Section 1, Township 35 South, Range 40 East; thence
~ proceed on an assumed bearing of "East" along the extended
~ South line of said section a distance of 89.76 feet to the
~ POINT OF BEGINNING; thence proceed on a bearing of North
20° 27` 40" West a distance of 702.00 feet to a point,
~ said point being on a bearing of South 89° 32' 20" west
~ and a distance of 131.23 feet to the Southwest corner~of
~ Block 1, Plat Book 9, page 26; thence proceed on a bearing
~ of North 20° 27' 40" West a distance of 211.15 feet to a
~ point; thence proceed on a bearing of North 20° 47' 40"
~ West a distance of 703.69 feet to a point, said point
