TO HAVE AND TO HULD the same together with all and singular the
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaininq forever;
subject, however, to the following restrictions:
l. Said lands shall be used for erosion control, hurricane
protection, and public park purposes only. ,
2. No structures except erosion control and hurricane pro-
tection ones shall be constructed or permitted Easterly of the above

3. If an erosion ~ontrol plan approved by the U. S. Corps
of Engineers is not undertaken and work begun within one (1) year, this

Quitclaim Deed shall be null and void.
The Owners further consent to the artificial nourishment, extension
and addition to the existing ahore line for erosion control and hurri-
