The petition of Polly Schwey for an Order of Diatributioa and for ~
Final I}ischarge as the duly qualified and acting Adminietratrix of the Bstate
of Herbert C. Petzing, deceased, respectfully shows; ~
1. That the said Herbert C. Petzing died May 27, 1963, and
thereafter Letters Testamentary were issued to y~wir petitioner on the 26th
day of September, 1963, and thereafter your petitioner caused a Notice to
Creditor8 of said estate to be published in a lawful manner; the date of fl~= _
first of such publication was October 3, 1963. ~ Your petitioner has secured
Florida Non-Tax Certificate No. A32632 from the Comptroller of the State
of Florida ae Commissioner of Revenue.
2. That no parties have ~iled claims as creditors of said estate. '
3. That said Polly Schwey has satisfactorfly administered all of ~
the accounts of said decedent. ~

4. The heirs and beneficiariea of the said Herbert C. Petzing,
deceased, are aui juris and hereby waive the gling af Annual Acc~untings,
a Final AccAUnting and the advertiaement of a naice thereof, and acknowledge
that the said Polly Schwey, as such Executrix now t~as on hand the following ~
