~ ORDER OF FINAL DISCHARGE
This cause came on to be heard before me this day upon the ,
Petition for distribution and discharge of Polly Schwey as executrix of the
estate of HERBERT C. PETZING, deceased, and it appearing to the Court-
that the said Polly Schwey has satisfactorily administered all the good$, '
rights and credits of said decedent, and that she has distributed the assets
~
of this estate as set forth in the Petition, and that the heirs and beneficiariea 3
of this eatate are sui juris, and that they have oonsented to the discharge of
said Polly Schwey, as such executrix by an instrument in writing which has
been heretofore filed in this Court, and that the said Polly Schwey has }
performed all other acts necessary to her flnal discharge, and there beizg
no objections to the entry of this order, and the Court being fully advised to
the premises, it is
~ ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Polly Schwey, be and
she is hereby relieved from further liability and forever discharged as such
executrix of the estate of HERBERT C. PETZING, deceased.
DONE AND ORDERED at Vero Beach, Florida this day of
