That I, Thomas James Barr, as Trustee of the Thomas James Barr
Trust, arty of the first part, for and in consideration of Ten
(~10.00~ and other valuable considerations, receipt of vhich is
bereby acknovledged, from Harris Construction Corporation, a
Florida corporation, party of the second part, do hereb~r grant,
bargain, sell, assign, transfer, and set over unto the said party
