o~ June, 1969, by and between RICHARD K. FINK, the duly,
constituted and appointed Ancillary Administrator, C.T.A.,
of the Estate of IRVING B-J. LEVINE, Deceasecl, as Party of
the First Part, and EVELYN LEVINE, as Party of the Second Part;
W I T N E S S E T H:
THAT on the 6th day of June, 1969, upon Petition

of the Party of the First Part, the Honorable JACK L. ROGERS,
one of the County Judges in and for the County of St. Lucie,
State of Florida, entered an Order of Distribution distributing
the following described property to the Party of the Second
Part, a certified copy of which Order is recordecl in Official
Records Book 178, page 975, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
