oarties of the second part, to pay all taxes, assessments and
insurance premiums that may be imposed upon said premises or the
money secured hereby during the continuance hereof, and to pay
all costs, charges and expenses in collecting the moneys hereby

secured, including reasonable attorney's fees and commissions, ~
whether collected by foreclosure or otherwise, and any and all
moneys paid out by the said parties of the second part, by
reason of the default of the parties of the first part to pay
the moneys so stipulated, shall draw interest at the same rate
as the promissory note aforesaid, and said moneys necessarily

aid by the parties of the second part shall be secured by this j
ortgage. And the said parties of the first part hereby waive !

all rights of homestead and exemptions granted by the Constitu- ~
