T H I S D E E D made the 1~Lh day of JLUIe , A. D. 1969,
by NEW SOUTH, INC. , a Florida corporation having its principal place of
business at Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called the grantor, to
WILLIAM E~ JEWELL and D. C. JEWELL, whose post office address is
c/o William E. Jewell, P. O. Box 43, Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter
called the grantees:
WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum
of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases,
conveys and confirms unto the grantees, all that certain land situate in St.
Lucie County, Florida, viz:
All that tract in the northernmost 6; acres of Govern-
ment Lot 1, Section 33, Township 34 South, Range 40
East, St. Lucie County, Florida, described as Tract
T as shown on that perimeter survey and re- allotment,
entitled YACHT VIEW, recorded in Deed Book 247,
page 234 of the public records of St. Lucie County,

' River Drive and opposite said Tract T, and riparian
