run in a northerly direction along the West right
of way line of said North Indian River Drive 164. 50
feet, more or less, to its intersection with the
South right of way line of said Y acht Lane; thence
. run westerly along the South right of way line of
the said Yacht Lane to point of beginning. ~
Subject to a 5 foot roadway easement adjacent on
the South side and parallel with the south line of
the 50 foot right of way for Y acht Lane as deeded
to St. Lucie County in Deed Book 247, page 214.
Together with all lands lying East of the East right
of way line of said North Indian River Drige and West of
the West shore of Indian River and South of the projected
South right of way line of said Y acht Lane and North
of the projected South boundary of the tract herein-
above described, toget her with all riparian rights
appertaining thereto. Together with an undivided
one-third interest in and to that certain pier and
the approaches thereto presently located on the
eastern extension of said Y acht Lane.

TOGETHER, with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurten- ~
ances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the grantor hereby covenants with said grantees that said land
is free of all encumbeances, except taxes accruing subsequent to December

j 31, 1968; and that it will defend the title to said land against the lawful claims

of all persons clairning by, through, under or against the grantor.
