W I T N E S S E T H:
The party of the first part on the 3rd day of
July, 1969, pursuant to Order of the County Judge's Court
of St. Lucie County, Florida, dated the 3rd day of July,
1969, and in consideration of the premises and the sum of
SIX HUNDRED TWE1~Y-FIVE DOLLARS ($625.00) and other good
and valuable consideration in hand paid, grants, bargains, ~
sells, aliens, released, conveys and confirms to the party
of the second part, and to her heirs and assigns forever,
that certain real property situate in St. Lucie County,
Florida, more particularly described as follaws:
Lot 2, Block 16, PARADISE PARK SUBDIVISION, as
shown in Plat Book 8, page 17, of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
SUBJECT to restrictions, easements and reser-
vations of record. -
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hered-
itaments and appurtenances belonqing or in anywise apper- ~
taining to that real property. ~
