KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that First Federai S~vings and Loan Association of Fo~t Pierce, a corporotion under
the laws of the United States Of America, ihe owner of a certain mortgage given by W. M. Jaudon Blld
wife Althea B. Jaudon dated November 13 '~9 56 , and recorded
in the public records of St. LuCie Cou~ry, Florida, in Mtg. Book 13Q on page
119 , securing the payment of the sum of Nine Thousand Dollars and no/100-

covering property in the County of St . Lu ci e , Ftorida, dotli hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtec;ness evidenced by said mortgage a~d the note secured ihereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and inte~est conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises deuribed therein, and doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel ihe same of record.
