Comes the undersigned and after being first duly swoxn by me
the undersigned officer authorized to take acknowledgments and administer
oaths in the State and County aforesaid, says:
l. That R. B. Slay, Sr. and Marguerite I. Slay, his ~vife,
purchased the following described pcopeYty, to-wit:
All of Lot 8 and the West half of Lot 7, Block D. of
M. J. RAUL6~RSON SUBDIVISION, as per plst thereof on
file in Plat 8ook 4, page 55, public records of St.Lucie
County, Florida
which property, when purchased, was recorded in O. R. Book 177, page 711
and verif ied under Clerk's ~177923 on May 2, 1969 and ahich property was ~
purchased for $5,724.::5 and that said prope=ty was registezed in the nauae
of James D. Mauck and Bvelyn D. Mauck, his wife for which said grantees
have failed and refused to execute proper instrum~nts to secure the said
sums to the said purchasers, R. B. Slay, Sr. and Marguerite I. Slay, his
wife and that any person claiming any right, title or inteYest to the
grantees of record, James D. Mauck and Bvelyn D. Mauck, his wife, take
the same subject to the claims of R. B. Slay, Sr. aund Marguerite I. Slay,
