, Florida, which mortgage has been duly recorded in Mortgage Book 140,
at page 382, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and
WHFRTAS, D080TNY S. VILAND (formerly Dorothy S. Gtirl) joined by her
husband SUGBNB A. VILANO, the owners of the above described real
property have executed a mortgage in favor of St. Lucie County Bank,
Fort Pierce, Florida, bearing date the 26th. day of June, 1969, in
the amount of s5,000.00, encumbering the aforedescribed property,
and
WHHtBAS, it is necessary that the aforesaid mortgage of the St. I.ucie
County Bank, recorded in Official Record Book 178, at page 1265 of -
the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, be a First Mortgage,
THHtBPORB~ fiARL CLAY'I1DN HOi~TARD and DOROTHY LBB HOWARD, his wife, for
and in consideration of the sum of s10.00, in hand to them paid, and
other valuable considerations, hereby agree that the lien and operation
of the First Mortgage which they hold mentioned above is now by virtue
of this agreement subordinated to the lien and operation oF the mortgage
mentioned above now held by the St. Lucie County Bank, the effect of
this agreement being to make the mortgage held by SARL CLAYTON HOWARD and
DOROTHY LFB HOWARD, his Wifa a Second Mortgage on said property and the
mortgage mentioned above held by the St. Lucie County Bank a First
Mortgage on said property.
