for MARJORIS L. KOffi,SGARD (In the same percentages as each has in-
terest in the property immediately adjacent to and adjoining the
following described property~, whose post office address is
125 South Second Street, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, Grantees,
WITNESS$TH, That the Grantor, for and in consideration of
the sum of $1,100.00, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,.
does remise, release and quitclaim unto the said Grantees their
heirs, successors, and assigns forever, all the right, title, in-
terest, claim and demand which the said Grantor has in and to the
following described lands in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
That part of E~QRT PISRCE BEACH SUBDIVISION as per
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, at.page 6,
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
that lies Westerly of the following described line:
For a point of reference, commence at the Southeast
corner of Section 1, Township 35 South, Range 40
East; thence proceed on an assumed bearing of "East"
along the extended South line of said section a dis-
tance of 89.76 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence proceed on a bearing of North 20° 27' 40" ~
West a distance of 702.00 feet to a point, said
point being on a be~tring of South 89° 32` 20" West
and a distance of 131.23 feet to the Southwest cor-
ner of Block 1, Plat Book 9, Page 26.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and singular
~ the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining,
~ and all of the estate, right, title, interest and claim whatsoever
of the Grantor, either in law or equity, to the only proper use,
~ benefit and behoof of said Grantees, their heirs, successors and
