MARJORIE L. KOBLBGARD TRUST; and ST. LUCIB COiAdTY BANK, as Successor
Trustee under Agreement with R. N. KOHLEGARD, SR., and ROSE M. KOffi,SGARD,
dated November 24, 1953, for the Benefit of LAURA LEE KOSLEGARD, MARY
ANN KOBL$GARD BRYAN~ WSNDELL MAY KOSLEGARD and RUPSRT N. KOBLEGARD, III
and as Trustee under an Agreement with RUPERT N. KOBLSGARD, JR., dated
December 29, 1967, for MARY ANN KOHLEGARD BRYAN, RUPI3RT N. KOBLEGARD, III,
WENDffi,L MAY KOH,LEGARD and LAURA LE$ K08LEGARD, hereinafter called the
"Owners", to ST. LUCI$ COLA~iTY EROSION DISTRICT, a Special Taxing District
Qf the State of Florida, hereinafter called the "District",
W I T N E S S E T H:

WHSREAS, the District is undertaking an erosion control pro~ect on
the South Beach at Fort Pierce, Florida, and in order to secure Federal
participation in the cost of said project, it is necessary that the new-
ly created beach seaward of a uniform and,established line be in public
ownership. '

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the benefits accruing
to the Owners, said Owners do hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto
the District, its successors and assigns, all the right, title, interest,
claim and demand, including riparian and littoral rights, which the
Owners have in and to the following described land in St. Lucie County,
Florida, to-wit:
That part of the following described parcel:
