to a point; thence run East parallel to the said
Quarter line to the West right-of-way line of the
Old Dixie Highway; thence run Southerly and Easterly
along said West right-of-way line of the Old Dixie
Highway a distance of 305 feet, more or less, to
a point; thence run West parallel to the said
Quarter line a distance of 714 feet, more or less,
to the Point of Beginning; containing 5.0 acres,
more or lesst lyinq and being in St. Lucie County,

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances,
unto the said INDIAN RIVER MINERALS, INC., a Florida corporation,
its successors and assigns forever, freed, exonerated and ~
