dated May 31, 1969, filed June 3, 1969, and re-
corded in 0. R. Book 177, Page 2908, upon which
the intangible tax and required docume~tary stamps
were placed, and this mortgage replaces that said
mortgage for the purpose of perfecting a defective
execution in said ~ original mortgage.
