Statutes, in Official Record Book 138_, pagesl.l$-1l$ of the public records of S.t..Luue-~our?ty Florida.
In this instrument the singular shall include the pfural and the masculine shall include the feminine and
neute~. All rights and obligations under this mortgage shall extend to and be binding upon the respective
heirs, executors, administrators, suocessors and assigns of the Mortgagor and Mortgagee.
