to pay to the order of CENTRAL BANK AND TRUST CO;IPANY, ~
a Florida banking corporation, as Trustee, U/A Land Trust
Agreement No. 57-147, the principal sum of ONE HUNDRED
fiLEVEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($111,150.00),
together with interest after date at the rate of six per ~
cent.per year upon re3ucing balances, payable at CENTRAL
BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, Miami, Florida, or such other place
as the holder may from time to time designate in writing, .

payable in installments af $11,115.00 each, together with

the interest then due, on J~uly.9, 1970, July 9, 1971, ;
July 9, 1972, and July 9, 1973, the entire unpaid principal
balance remaining and all accrued interest to be paid on
July 9, 1974.. If any installment of principal or interest ~

be not paid withintthirty days after the same becomes due,
then at the election of the holder, the entire principal
f balance and all accrued interest shall at once become due E

; and payable, and failure to exercise that election shall
f not w~ve the right to exercise it in the event of subsequent

~ default. This note may be paid in whole or part at any

~ time without payment of penalty. All prepayments shall be
