THIS LSASS, made this ~~day of June, 1969, between ROBRRT
NAJAR and ADEL$ NAJAR, his wife, hereinafter called "Lessors" and
SOUTH PLAZA, INC., 1657 West Avenue, Miami Beach, Florida, herein-
after called "Lessee",
WITNSSSETB: Lessors hereby lease and let unto Lessee the North
150 feet of the South 800 feet of Lot 69 of MARAVILI.A GARD$NS Sub-
division, as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 7, page 19, of
the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, subject to any
existing rights-ofway- over the above tract, for public roads or
electric transmission and distribution lines, for a period of five

years beginning July l, 1969.
Lessee agrees to pay as rent the sum of ONE THOUSAND FIVE
HUNDRSD DOLLARS ($1,500.00) per year plus the ad valorem taxes on
the property, prorated for the first and last year of the lease.
The rental payments shall be in the amount of THItEE HUNDRED SEVENTY
FIVE DOLLARS ($375.00) quarterly in advance beginning July 1, 1969.
~ Lessors hereby give unto Lessee the Option to Purchase the
above described property at any time during the term of this Lease,
~ for the sum of TBIRTY-SIX THOUSAND DOLLARS ($36,000.00), with such
E sales price being paid 2996 in cash at closing and the balance in

~ five equal annual payments, plus 7% interest, secured by a mortgage
~

~ on said property, with such mortgage giving to mortgagor the right
~
~
~ of prepayment at any time without penalty.

g In order to exercise this Option to Purchase, Lessee shall give

Lessors thirty (30) days written notice of its intention to exercise

Y such option, with such notice being sent by Certified Mail to 1420
