THIS INDENTURE, made this 7th day of July, A.D. 1969,

the lawa of the State of Florida, having its principal place of
business in the County of St. Lucie and State of Florida, party
of the first part, and MARAVILLA DEVELOPMENT O~RPORATION~ a

Beach and State of Florida, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part,
for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and
other valuable considerations to it in hand paid, the receipt

aliened, remised, released, conveyed and confirmed, and by these
