Section 8, Township 34 South, Range 40 $ast,
with the Weat riqht-of-way line of the Old
Dixie Highway, run West 714.68 feet to a
point 300 feet distant from the $ast right-
of-way line of U.S.Afghway #l. t~ence run
Northerly and Westerly parallel to said
East right-of-way line 915 feet to the
Point of Beginning; thence continue Northerly
and Westerly parallel to the East right-of-way
line 305 feet to a point; thence run Sast
parallel to the said Quarter line to the
West right-of-way line of the Old Dixie
Highway; thence run Southerly and Easterly
along said West right-of-way line of the •
Old Dixie Hiqhway a distance of 305 feet,
more or less, to a point; thence run West
parallel to the said Qu~rter line a distance
of 714 feet, more or less, to the Point of
Beginning, containing 5.0 acres, more or less.
TOGSTHER wit2i all the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances, with every privilege, right, title, interest
and estate, reversion, remainder and easement thereto belonging
or in anywise appertaining:
