PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE ~
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WH.EREAS, LITTLE BILLIE DOUGLAS and JUDY C. DOUGLAS,
his wife, hereinafter re#erred to as the mortgagors, by Indenture of
Mortgage, hereinafter referred to as the original mortgage; dated
October 1966 and recorded in Official Record Book 15T at page 239 of
the public s*ecorde,of St. Lucie County, Florida, granted and conveyed unto
DANIEL PITCHON, Trustee, hereinafter referred to as the mortgagee, and
his assigns, the premises therein ptrticularly described to secure the payment
of the sum of Four Thousand Five Hundred Fifty and 00/ 100 ~ 4, 550. 00) DollarB
w ith inte re st a s the re in mentioned; and
WIiEREAS, said mortgagors did not intend to grant and convey unto
sa.id mortgagee the premisea described in said original mortgage to secure
the payment of the aforementioned sum, said prennises being inadvertently
described in said original mortgage; and
' WHEREAS, said mortgegors have by virtue of a corrective indenture
~ of mortgage dated May 22 , 1969, aud recorded in Official Record Book 177,

~ at page 2598 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, granted and

~ conveyed unto said mprtgagee the premisea particularly described in said
~ corrective mortgage to secure the payment of the balance of the aforementioned
aum remaining unpaid; and
~ WHEREAS, the said mortgagc>rs have requeated the said mortgagee to
~ release the premises described in said origiaal mortgage from the lien and
operation of said mortgage;

~ NOW, TH~REFORE, the said mortgagee, ~n consideration of the
