PA RTLAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, LITTLE BILLIE DOUGLAS and ~UDY C. DOUGLAS,
his wife, hereinafter referred to as the mortgagora, by Indenture of
Mortgage, hereinafter referred to as the original mortgage, dated
October 26, 1968 and recorded in Official Record Book 174 at page 658
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, granted and conveyed unto
STELLA GANZ, hereinafter referred to as the mortgagee, and h~assigns,
the premises therein particularly described to secure the payment of the
sum of One Thousand Seven Hundred ~venty-five and 00/100 (~1, ?25. 00)
Dollars with interest as therein mentioned; and
WHEREAS, said mortgagors did not intend to grant and convey unto
said mortgagee the premises described in said originsl mortgage to secure
the p~yment of the aforesaid sum, said premises being inadvertently
described in said original mprtgage; and
WHEREAS, said mortgagors have by virtue of a corrective indenture
of mortgage dated May 22, 1968, and recorded in Official Record Book 1??

f at page 2601 of the public records of S~ Lucie County, Florida, granted and

~ conveyed unto said mortgagee the premises particularly described in said
~ corrective mortgage to secure the payment of the balance of the afore-
mentioned sum remaining unpaid; and
WHEREAS, the said mortgagora have requested the said mortgagee to

~ release the premises deacribed in said origi.nal mortgage from the lien and
operati~on of said awrtgage;

NOW, THEREFORE, the said mortgagee, in consideration of the
~
~
~ premises and the sum of Ten Dollara (510. 00) paid to her by or on behalf
~ .
