remise, release, quit-claim, euonerate and discharge from the lien and
operation of said original mortgage unto the said mortgagors, their heira
and asaigus, the premisea conveyed by said original mortgage as more
particularly described therein;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, vt~th the appurtenances thereto,
unto the said mortgagors, their heirs and assigns forever, freed, exonerated
and discharged of and from the lien of said original mortgage and every part
thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall
in anywise impair, alter or dimiaish the effect, lien or encumbrance of
the aforesaid corrective mortgage.
