COUNTY OF MARTIN
Before me personally appeared R. C. Osterholm and
E. Snow Martin, Jr. ,#o me well known and known to me to be the
Yice President and Secretary respectively of Landmark Villas, Inc. ,
a Florida corporation, the corporation ~ named in the foregoing instrument,
and known to me to be the persons who as such officera of said corporation,
executed the same; and then and there the said R. C. Osterhol,m and
E. Snow Martin, Jr. did acknowledge before me that said inetrument is
the free act and deed of said corporation by them respectively egecuted
as such officers for the purposes therein espressed; that the aeal thereto
attached is the corporate seal by them in like capacity affixed; all under
the authority in them duly vested b~r the Board of Directors of said
corporation.
