protection, and public park purposes only.
2. No structurea except erosion control and hurricane pro-
tection ones shall be.constructed or permitted 8asterly of the above

3. If an erosion control plan approved by the U. S. Corps
of Engineers is not undertaken and work bequn within one (1) year, th~s
(~uitclaim Deed shall be null and void.
The~Owners further consent to the artificial nouriahment, extenaion
and addition to the exiating shore line for eroaion control and hurri-
cane proteetion purposea. '
