egress and road right-of-way puzposea on, in.andecver a 25 ~ ~
foot strip of land contiguous to and lying North of and parallel
to the South boundary of the above described pxoperty and a '

25 foot strip of land contiguous to and lying Westerly of and
parallel to the Easterly boundary of the above described
property for the purpose of maintaining and operating the
water navigation channel from the channel of the intracoastal :
waterway in the Yndian River to the barge port now owned and
operated by Indian River Minerals, Inc „ and foz removal of
spoil materials taken therefrom. ~
Reserving also to Indian River Minerals, Inc., a
right-of-way and easement in, over and upon the North 25 feet i
of the South 275 feet of the North 636.6 feet of the Southwest
~ of Section 9, Township 34 South, Range 40 East, for the
purpose of maintaining and operating the water navigation ~

I channel from the channel of the intracoastal waterway in the

~ Indian River to tbe barge port now owned and opeLated by ~
Indian River Minerals, Inc.
Further, grantee, his heizs, executors and assigns
agree and covenant that he will not place ox maintain any
obstructions, seawalls, bulkheads, piles, fill ox any hazards
to navigation upon any part of the said North 25 feet of the #

successors and assigns, ahall have the pezpetual right to enter

~ upon said North 25 feet of the above described property for ~
the p~zpose of clearing, =estoration, deepening, maintenance
