SUBDIViSION, in the City oF Fort Pierce, FZorida, according to a plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 5 at Page 24 of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, which mortgage has been duly recorded in
Mortgage Book 169 at Page 657 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and
WH~BAS, RAY Q. iIBTrDRB and JULIA 0. i~'BTI~BS, his wife, the owners
of the above described real property have executed a mortgage in favor
of St. Iucie County Bank, Fnrt Pierce, Florida, bearing date the 19th.
day of June, 1969, in the amount of s6,500.00, encumbering the afore-
described property, and
{,1HHtBAS, it is necessary that the aforesaid mortgage of the St. Lucie
County Bank, recorded in Official Record Book 178 at page 961 of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida be a Pirst Mortgage,

in consideration of the sum of 510.00, in hand to them paid, and other
valuable considerations, hereby agree that the lien and operation of

' of this agreement subordinated to the lien and operation of the
i mortgage mentioned above now held by the St. Lucie County Bank, the

; effect of this agreement being to make the mortgage held by JOHN P. ~ISTtrDRF,
