plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5 at paqe 24, of the Public
Record of St. Lucie County, Florida; TOGETHER WITH the Easternmost
~ 10 feet of the 20 foot alley adjoininq Lots 1 and 2, which alley '
t was abandoned by the City of Fort Pierce on the 9th day of July,
i 1956, by Ordinance No. D-120, subject, hawever, to the easement

~ reserved by the City of Fort Pierce under such ordinance for utility
€ purposes, includinq sewer and water mains and drainage.

~ PARCEL 2: Lots 14, 15, 16 and 17, Block 30 of Pinewood Subdivision,
~ as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5 at page 24, of the Public

Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, together with all rights, title
and interest of the Grantor in and to that certain 20 foot alley lyinq
between Lots 14 and 15, and Lots 16 and 17, above described which was
~ abandoned by the City of Fort Pierce on the 24th day of November,
~ 1947, by Ordinance No. C-118; Exceptinq therefrom West 7 feet of said
~ Lots 16 and 1T for Rights-of-way for public roads, if any.
~ SUBJECT, however, to taxes for the year 1969 and subsequent years and
~ to the valid zoninq ordinances of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida.
