And ~ WHEREAS, there are presently in elcistence certain protective ~ covenants dated January 2, 1956 and recorded in Deed Book 227, Page 165, Public Records of St . Lucie County, Florida, made by Releasor and governing ~ all the lots and blocks of the above described Surfside Unit 2. And ~ , WHEREAS, Releasor is selling and conveying the above described property unto Releasee who intends to construct a multiple unit dwelling or ~ t condominium upon said property. And WHEREAS, Releasee has requested Releasor to release certain of said protective covenants inso far as the same might apply to the above ~ s described property. ~ NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the said sale from Releasor unto Releasee and in further consideration of the sum of ~10. 00 and other f valuable consideration in hand paid unto Releasor by Releasee, the Releasor ~ does hereby covenant and agree with Releasee as foilows: 1.
