WHSREAS, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie,-I-nc., a
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as 1he "mortqaqor",
by Indenture bearinq date of September 26, 1968, and r9corded in '
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County
of St. Lucie, State of FZorida, in Official Record Book 173, paqe ~
2654, granted and conveyed to Barnett First National Bank,
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortgaqee", and
its assigns, the premises therein particularly described,-to secure
the payment of the sum of Three Hundred Thousand t$300,000) Dollars,
with interest as therein mentioned.
AND WHEREAS, the said mortgagor has req~s ted the said
mortqagee to release the premises hereinafter described, beinq
part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of
said mortgaqe.
NOW, THEREFORE, The said mortgagee, in consideration of
the payment of the sum of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to it in
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledqed, does remise, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharqe from the lien and operation of said
mortgaqe unto the said mortqagor, its suacessors and assiqns, that
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortqaqe, more •
particularly described as followss

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances,
unto the mortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharged of and froia the lien of said mortqaqe,
and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing
herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect, -
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortqaqe on the remaininq part
of said mortqaqed premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
the riqhts and remedies of the holder thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Mortgagee has caused this
