KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: ~L.ERK CIRCUIT COUR1'J
W~iBREAS, Holiday Out in America at'St. Lucie, Inc., a
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "mortqaqor",
by Indenture bearinq date of September 26, 1968, and recorded in !
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and~for the County
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Record Book 173, paqe
.2654, qranted and conveyed to Barnett First National Bank,
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortgaqee", and
its assiqns, the premises therein particularly described, to secure
the payment of the sum of Three Hundred Thousand ($300,000) Dollars, 1
with interest as therein mentioned.
AND WHSREAS, the said mortgagor has reques tedthe said '
mortqaqee to release the premises hereinafter described, beinq
part of said mortqaqed premises, from the lien and operation of
said mortqaqe. "
NOW, THEREFORE, The said mortgagee, in consideration of
the payment of the sum of 7~ro Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to it in
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledqed, does remise, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said
mortgaqe unto the said mortgaqor, its successors and assiqns, that •
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortqaqe, more
particularly described as follows: -

unto the mortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortqage, ;
and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothinq '
herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect,
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgaqe on the remaininq part ~
of said mortqaged premises, not hereby reieased therefrom, or any of ~ ~
the rights and remedies of the holder thereof. ~
