WHEREAS, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie,~~~i~~ ~~CCII~ COURT ~
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "mortgaqor",
by Indenture bearing date of September 26, 1968, and recorded in -
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Record Book 173, paqe
2654, granted and conveyed to Barnett First National Bank,
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortgaqee", and
its assiqns, the premises th,erein particularly described, to secure
the payment of the sum of Three Hundred Thousand ($300,000) Dollars,
with interest as therein mentioned.
AND WHEREAS, the said mortgagor has reques ted the said ~
mortqaqee to release the premises hereinafter described, being
part of said mortqaged premises, from the lien and operation of
said mortqage. `
NOW THEREFORE, The said mort agee, in consideration of ~

the payment of the sum of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to it in
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledged, does remise, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said
mortgage unto the said mortgaqor, its successors and assigns, that
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortgage, more .
particularly described as follows:

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances,
unto the mortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed, '
exonerated and discharqed of and from the lien of said mortqage,
and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing ;
herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect, ;
lien or encwnbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part
of said mortqaqed premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
the rights and remedies of the holder thereof. -
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Mortgagee has caused this
instrument to be siqned at Jacksonville on this 18th day of
