CLERK CIRCUIT COURT,~
WIiBREAS, Holiday Out in Americl at St. Lucie, Inc., a
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "mortgaqor",
by Indenture bearinq date of September 26, 1968, and recorded in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Record Book 173, paqe
2654, qranted and conveyed to Barnett First National Bank, ~
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortqaqee"~ and .
its assiqns, the premises therein particularly described, to secure ~
the payment of the sum of Three Hundred Thousand (5300,000) Dollars,
with interest as therein mentioned. •
AND WHERBAS, the said mortgagor has required the said
mortgaqee to release the premises hereinafter described, being
part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of
said mortqage.
NOW, THEREFORE, The said mortgagee, in consideration of
the payment of the swa of Two Thousand (52000.00) Dollars to it in
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledqed, does remise, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said
mortqage unto the said mortgaqor, its successors and assiqns, that
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortqaqe, more
particularly described as follows: '

unto the mortgagor, its successors and assiqns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharqed of and from the lien of said mortqage,

! herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect,
i lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaininq part
f of said mortqaqed premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
