RNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

Wt~sREAS, Holiday out in 1~merica at St. Lu~RKi~~U~T COURT~
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "mortgagor", ~
by Indenture bearinq date of September 26, 1968, and recorded in ~
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Record Sook I73, paqe
2654, granted and conveyed to Barnett First National Bank,
Jacksonvi2le, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortgaqee", and
its assigns, the premises therein particularly described, to secure
the payment of the sum of Three Hundred Thousand ($300,000) Dollars,
with interest as therein mentioned.
AND WHEREAS, the said mortgaqor has reque~ ted the said
mortgaqee to release the premises hereinafter described, beinq
part of said mortqaqed premises, from the lien and operation of
said mortgage.
NOW, THEREFORE, The said mortgagee, in consideratien of
the payment of the sum of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to it in
hand paid, the receipt of which is ackno~ledqed, does remise, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said
mortgage unto the said mortgaqor, its successors and assigns, that
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortqage, more '
particularly described as follows:

TO HAVE AND TO AOLD the same, with the appurtenances,
unto the mortqagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgaqe,
and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing
herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect,
Zien or encwnbrance of the aforesaid Mortgaqe an the remaininq part
of said mortqaqed preraises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Mortqagee has caused this
instrument to be siqned at Jacksonville on this 6th day of
