WHSREAS, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc., a '
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "n~ortqaqor", -
by Indenture bearinq date of September 26, 1968, and recorded in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Record Book 173, paqe
2654, granted and conveyed to Barnett First National Bank,
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "nwrtqaqee", and
its assigns, the pren?ises therein particularly described, to secure
the payment of the sum of Three Hundred Thousand ($300,000) Oollars,
with interest as therein mentioned.
AND WHERSAS, the said mortqaqor has reques ted the said
mortqaqee to release the premises hereinafter described, beinq
part of said mortqaqed premises, from the lien and operation of
said mortqaqe.
NOW, TNEREFORE, The said mortqaqee, in consideration of
the payment of the sum of Two Thousand (52000.00) Dollars to it in
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledged, dces remise, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharqe from the lien and operation of said
mortgaqe unto the said mortgaqor, its successors and assiqns, that ,
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said nwrtqaqe, more
particularly described as follows: . .

~ appears by and upon a plat of the same of record in the
said Clerk's Office in Plat Book 14, paqe 44, to which

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances,
unto the mortqagor, its successors and assiqns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortqaqe,
and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothinq
herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect,
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaininq part
of said mortqaqed premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
the riqhts and remedies of the holder thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Mortqaqee has caused this
instrument to be siqned at Jacksonville on this 21st day of
